Ecumenical Day Gifts of Gratitude and Grace

27 July 2019

The root word of gratitude is grace—a way of living that shares and illuminates gifts of connection, love, compassion and acceptance. Gratitude creates a sense of meaning and purpose, expresses love and empathy, graces us with peace. If together we are to be well, we must know ourselves to be bearers of compassion, inclining to one another and to the earth with presence.

We invite you to experience beautiful gifts of gratitude and grace.

With music and reflections from the Rev Dr. Kevin Waldie sm and others, and facilitated by Beate Matthies, let us come together in reflection and joy.

This event is a collaboration between Te Ngakau Waiora Mercy Spirituality Centre and Vaughan Park Anglican Retreat Centre.
