After today’s announcement from Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, we are updating you on what will be happening at Vaughan Park.
Now that Aotearoa New Zealand has gone to Alert Level 3 and will go to Alert Level 4 in 48 hours, Vaughan Park will be closed from Wednesday 25th March. The measures that the Government has introduced at Alert Level 4 are intended to be in place for four weeks. Any easing of restrictions after that time will be advised by the Government. We will also issue a further update after the 4 week period has ended.
Meanwhile, Director, Lesley Snyman and Guest Registrar, Callie Mead will be working from home. All ‘phone calls made to Vaughan Park will be redirected to a messaging service and will be responded to within a 24 hour period.
These are very challenging times for us all as we go into unchartered territory. Please take good and gentle care of one another.
We nurture you and the ones you love in our prayers and we hope that the beautiful space and place which is Vaughan Park will be open to welcome visitors and guests again in the not too distant future.
