In our lives, there are many things that can happen to us to cause anger. Anger is not a sin but it’s what we do because of anger that can lead to sin. Sin likes to break things – causing breakdown in relationships and families, leaving people feeling broken. Men are the leaders of families, and it is important that we address anger in our lives caused by childhood trauma and experiences. This retreat will be a safe and supportive space to hear from guest speaker(s) in mental health and counselling, to talanoa and korero, to learn and share with one another. Breakthrough is found only in Christ (Alleluia) who said, “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid”.
